1. Coolers must be returned on a weekly basis - please bring the cooler with you for store pick up, or leave on your doorstep for our delivery person.
2. If purchasing on a weekly basis, customer must confirm enrollment for the following week by 5pm on Sundays.
3. If purchasing on a monthly (consecutive 4 week) basis, customer must confirm enrollment for the following month by 5pm on their last Sunday.
4. If a customer has not confirmed for the following week or following month depending on plan, their cooler will not be prepared.
